Privacy is a big deal. Your trust is important.
Benfield Creative, LLC is the company that operates benfield.co, Teeny Marie, and ROBOT OVERLORDS. In the context of this policy, these three (3) websites are hereinafter referred to as the “The Sites.” This document outlines the Company’s privacy-first approach to operating the Sites. Any social media or third-party services used by or linked from The Sites are governed by the privacy policies of their respective platforms or providers.

The Sites do not display advertisements and does not use affiliate links.
Communication
You will only receive email or other communication from the Company if you explicitly request it. Any communication will relate solely to the specific information requested and/or to services you have subscribed to or purchased.

We process personal information only when there is a valid reason to do so. These reasons may include:

Google Analytics
The Sites use Google Analytics to better understand how visitors use the Sites so that content and functionality can be improved. Google Analytics collects aggregated, anonymized usage data. IP anonymization is enabled where supported.

Web Server Logs
The web server hosting the Sites, along with related infrastructure, automatically collects limited technical information when you access the Site. This may include a timestamp, IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages accessed, and error information.
This data is used solely for troubleshooting, security, and operational purposes.
Personal Information
Apart from the uses described above, any personal information you provide in connection with the Sites will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
Limited third-party services (such as hosting, analytics, scheduling, or payment processors) may process data only as necessary to operate the Site and deliver requested services.
Data Retention
Personal information is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, including providing services, maintaining records, and meeting legal or operational obligations. Information may be deleted earlier upon request.

- request correction or deletion of your data

- request a copy of your data in a portable format

Removal of Personal Information
The Company maintains personal information in secured systems. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time, for any reason. Email [email protected] with your request, and the Company will delete the information within three (3) business days and provide confirmation of removal.
